Before the commencement of the new fiscal term, i.e. before 1st of July, the outgoing Preident, in-coming President, in-coming Secretary & in-coming Treasurer will gather together and discuss what are some of the projects the club is going to do for the upcoming fiscal term. It is from the discussion into which a year planner and a projected income and expenditure be drawn up. Once finalised a copy will be sent to the District for approval and endorsement.
