On stepping into the new Fiscal term for 2009 / 2010, the District 308 B1 Region 3 & 4 has have worked together and organised a Joint Installation of Region 3 & 4 Club Presidents & BOD as well as to honor our District Governor. Prior to the actual event, the committee members of this event has been gathered around to discuss, to coordinate and to make plans on that night's event. In total there are about 6 sub-committee meetings being held and LC of Seputeh, Pres Ln Michael Low has been appointed as the Presiding Officer, while Region Chairman Ln Alan Yoong is the Organising Chairman for this meaning event. Thanks to DG Ln Kamalanathan who accepted the invitation of being the Guest of Honor for that night's event. The sub-committee members of this event comprised of all Region 3 & Region 4 Presidents or Incoming Presidents who will be the representative of their individual club with the region.
The Official eventThis official district event will be held on the 28th June 2009, 6.30pm at Bukit Jalil Golf Resort, Bukit Jalil. There will be a total 42 tables allocated for the fellowship dinner at RM50 per pax. This 42 tables comprised of outstation clubs representatives. In order to encourage club members to attend the event early, there will be an EARLY BIRD DOOR GIFTS for those Lions members who reach there early and is of limited supply. Hence, FELLOW CLUB MEMBERS, PLEASE KINDLY REACH THE VENUE EARLY SO AS TO ELIGIBLE FOR THE EARLY BIRD GOODIES.

The payment for 1 whole table has been paid up on the 23rd June 2009 by Ln Lincoln on behalf and be requested that the respective members attending the event to remit their payment on the day of event. The table seatings has been allocated to be Table 27.
It is recommended that all attending members to meetup and collect their tickets before 6.15pm at the front entrance to the ballroom. It is recommended and required to all attending members to report to the reception in person on arrival so as to eligible for the earlybird goody bags. It is to be reminded that NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO REPORT TO THE RECEPTION ON BEHALF OF THEIR MEMBERS & NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO COLLECT THE GOODY BAGS ON BEHALF OF THEIR CLUB MEMBERS.
IN GETTING READY FOR THE PARADE :
All to be installed BOD will have to be assemblede at the front entrance of the ballroom shortly after the Recognition of Clubs and Lions Dignitaries as per the program at about 8pm. Our club has been allocated to take the 3rd line i.e. after LC of Titiwangsa and before LC of Vision City. On the center stage our club shall occupy the 3 line on far right hand corner.
